Passholder Pricing
Pottawattamie County residents may apply a 25% discount to Season Passes and Lift Tickets by entering their billing zip code to the discount code box during checkout. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied and must be added before finalizing your purchase. Individuals found abusing discount codes will risk forfeiture of their Season Pass and/or Lift Tickets.

Crescent Hill's schedule is weather-dependent and TBD. Please check back for updates.Holiday Break Hours
Crescent Hill is generally open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days per week over the weeks of Christmas and New Year's, and then resumes the schedule below. The ski area is closed on Christmas Day. All Holiday Break tickets are weekend pricing, and there are no discounts offered aside from the Pottawattamie County resident lift ticket discount. Sledding may be offered during Holiday Break.
Please note that holiday break hours are weather-dependent and specific dates generally cannot be determined until late November or early December at the earliest. Please check back for updates.
Monday/Tuesday

Using Your Pass
Picking Up A Pass
- Passholders must present their ID when picking up.
- All passholders need to upload a photo before we can print their pass. This photo should show a clear image of the passholder’s face (no hats, sunglasses, etc.). Log in to your account and go to “Customer Info” to add your photo. Go to “Associates” to add a photo for a child who has a season pass.
- Passholders may only pick up passes for themselves and immediate family.
- Crescent Hill highly encourages passholders to pick up their pass during the annual Season Pass Pickup Event in November.
On The Hill
- Passholders must display their pass at all times.
- Season passes must be readily available for scanning at lifts.
- Passholders who forget their pass will receive one complimentary lift ticket for that day, and their season pass will be suspended for that day. Only one complimentary lift ticket will be granted per season. Replacement passes may be purchased for $25.

- A season pass gives passholders access to Crescent Hill during operating hours, during sledding and Midnight Madness events, and offers discounts at partner resorts.
- Buddy tickets are available in your account under “Smart Vouchers” and must be transferred by email.
